North Goa, the hub of scintillating beaches
Continuing from our Part I of Goa Exploration with our lil munchkin, here comes our story of North Goa exploration the next day. This day was marked by the exploration of Morjim, Manderim, Ashwem, Arambol beaches. We started on our bikes, enjoying the blissful nature.
Morjim Beach :
This beach is quite unique in itself, the sand is shiny blackish, fully absorbed with sea water. You’ll spot numerous beautiful, orange purple coloured shells on this really clean beach. Few locals there made me aware of the breeding seasons of sea turtles & their … Continue Reading

“You don’t stumble upon your heritage. It’s there, just waiting to be explored – Robbie Robertson”
Very few of us know that April 18th is the World Heritage Day. Though we all love to explore the places with natural beauty, our monuments and heritages have been yearning for that love. If you tend to plan a trip to explore the heritages, I’m sure, you’ll be stunned with the history, culture, art, artefacts, lifestyles that they reveal.
Our heritage has taken us far today, it

Christmas is here and so is the joyous breeze all around. This festival has a unique charm, love and merriment not only for kids but even for adults equally. To me the crafted Santa stories from North pole are equally fascinating after so many years as they are to my 3 year old son. And tis years Christmas is indeed special for us as a family as our munchkin is all set to start some new Christmas traditions.
To mark the onset of celebrations, we happened to be a part of “Hamleys Unboxing the pandora box” of its Christmas festivities … Continue Reading
The Open GYM Initiative :
46 year old, Ms.Ratna, never missed her morning schedules which comprised of brisk walk in the nearby garden. Though, she opted for walk only, she always wanted to improve upon her arms and thigh strength. She says “I wanted to add some strength training for my abdomen, arms and thighs but I limited myself to brisk and normal walking. I did not wanted to opt for … Continue Reading
Its none other than Leh, The paradise of India !
This Part I of our Leh trip covers – Heaven of India: Delhi To Leh & NUBRA Valley!
I had always dreamt to go on a biking trip on the world’s largest motorable road, but fulfilment of this wish is yet awaited. Due to lack of holidays, we planned our expedition to Ladhak by boarding Delhi – Leh Flight. It was just 2 hour flight, but the climate of Leh is highly unpredictable so landing was not so sure.
As we peeped the window, huge snowy mountains greeted us. But, … Continue Reading
Exploring Bird Sanctuary
Winters, long weekend, Sunny day, what could be better than visiting a Nature Park or Bird Sanctuary to pamper your eyes with some amazing Avifauna’s around?
Yes, #FOTW did the same & visited Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, often called as Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. It is situated very close to Delhi (3.5-4hrs run) & Agra and poses as a perfect weekend destination.
All the more why this place stands apart from many small bio-diversity parks, is the quantum of Migratory birds visiting Bharatpur Nature Park or Bird Sanctuary during the winter season. Encapsulating close to 350 … Continue Reading
Spazio Resort – Hotel review, GOA!
Goa in off- season? It was the question everyone was throwing at us when we shared our plans to visit GOA in the first week of August with our then to-be-turning 1 year old toddler. GOA is vibrant from Oct – May and then goes in hibernation mode for 4 months as the rains progresses and leaves zero possibility for Water sports and Shacks to remain open. So the tourist inflows drops by 75%-80%, and only those who want some calm rainy-beachy outing plan then. Well, we were in this category!
We had booked … Continue Reading
